Chicago, Nov. 23 – Banque Saudi Fransi listed $700 million of 5½% notes with a five-year tenor, according to multiple notices.
Citigroup Global Markets Limited, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, HSBC Bank plc, Merrill Lynch International, Standard Chartered Bank and Saudi Fransi Capital worked as bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The Regulation S deal is being listed on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange.
The full-service commercial bank is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
