Melcor REIT announces Odyssey Trust is now convertibles’ trustee

Columbus, Ohio, May 10 – Melcor Real Estate Investment Trust said Odyssey Trust Co. replaced AST Trust Co. as the trustee under the indenture covering the REIT’s 5.25% and 5.1% extendible convertible subordinated debentures.

The change is effective immediately, according to a news release.

Melcor REIT is an Edmonton, Alta.-based retail, office and industrial real estate investment trust.
