Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 13 – Scatec Solar ASA said it completed a NOK 500 million senior green bond issue with maturity in November 2018.
An application will be made for the bonds to be listed on Oslo Børs, according to a news release.
DNB Markets, Nordea Markets and Swedbank acted as joint lead managers.
Scatec Solar is an integrated independent power producer based in Oslo.
