Chicago, Dec. 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.5 million of 0% enhanced buffered PLUS due Dec. 30, 2024 linked to the American Depositary Shares of Alibaba Group Holding Ltd., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the stock gains or declines by no more than the 10% buffer, the payout will be par plus 200% of the stock gain plus an additional 10% return. Investors will lose 1.11111% for every 1% that the stock declines beyond the 10% buffer level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
