Tupelo, Miss., Nov. 18 – Banque Federative du Credit Mutuel priced $1 billion of 0.65% notes due Feb. 27, 2024 (Aa3/A/A+) on Tuesday at a spread of Treasuries plus 47 basis points, according to a market source.
Price talk was in the Treasuries plus 70 bps area.
BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC were the bookrunners.
The bank and financial services company is based in Strasbourg, France.
