JAB plans fixed income investor calls for offering of dollar notes

Knoxville, Tenn., May 24 – JAB Holdings BV is holding fixed income investor calls on Monday for a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of dollar-denominated notes, according to a market source.

BofA Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Santander Investment Securities Inc. and TD Securities (USA) LLC are the bookrunners.

JAB Holdings is a subsidiary of Luxembourg-based investment conglomerate JAB Holding. JAB owns brands including Keurig Dr Pepper, Krispy Kreme and Panera Bread.
