Fitch moves Atic outlook to positive

Fitch Ratings said it revised its outlook for Grupo Embotellador Atic, SA to positive from stable and affirmed its BB- long-term foreign- and local-currency issuer ratings.

“Debt/EBITDA ratio is projected to trend toward 1x-1.5x by YE 2022 compared with 1.5x at YE 2021, which is low for its BB- rating category. FCF is projected to be strong due to steady EBITDA and limited capex,” the agency said in a press release.

Additionally, Fitch said it estimates the issuer’s EBITDA to climb toward €180 million in 2022 from €166 million in 2021, due to double digits revenue growth driven by single digit volume growth and higher prices.
