Banco de Credito del Peru offers 10.5-year subordinated notes

New York, March 23 – Banco de Credito del Peru plans to price an offering of 10.5-year subordinated notes (Baa3/BBB), according to a market source and rating agency releases.

The notes are non-callable for 5.5 years.

BofA, Credicorp and JPMorgan are the bookrunners.

The issuance is part of the lender’s offer to purchase its outstanding notes due 2026 and 2027, according to a rating agency.

The bank is based in Lima, Peru.
