Navex Global readies launch of incremental term loan B for Monday

New York, Aug. 8 – Navex Global Inc. is scheduled to hold a lender call on Monday to launch an incremental first-lien term loan B, according to a market source.

Golub Capital is the lead on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to fund an add-on acquisition.

Navex is a Portland, Ore.-based provider of ethics and compliance software, content and services.
