Fiat Chrysler Automobiles offers €1.25 billion 3¾% eight-year notes

Portland, Ore., March 23 – Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV is selling €1.25 billion of 3¾% eight-year notes, according to a market source.

SG CIB gave notice that it is serving as a stabilization manager for the Regulation S deal. The stabilization period starts Wednesday and will end no later than April 29.

Fiat Chrysler is a London-based automaker.
