Moody’s shifts SixSigma view to stable

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook for SixSigma Networks Mexico, SA de CV (KIO) to stable from negative and affirmed its B2 corporate family rating and the B2 senior unsecured rating on its global notes due 2025.

The rating actions follow capitalizations from I Squared Capital that lowered leverage and improved liquidity, Moody’s said.

“The stable rating outlook reflects Moody's expectation that KIO will experience a stronger recovery in demand through the end of 2023. Although cash generation will continue to be strained during the period due to high capital investments and gradual rebound of services demand, support from I Squared will result in adequate liquidity that will provide runway to recovery,” the agency said in a press release.
