Fitch corrects Schaeffler rating

Fitch Ratings corrected its April 25 rating action on Schaeffler to correct the name of the issuer of the Schaeffler Group's bonds, which is Schaeffler Finance BV. The corrected version is below.

The agency assigned Schaeffler AG an issuer default rating of BBB- and a BBB- rating to the senior secured notes issued by Schaeffler Finance BV.

The outlook on the issuer default rating is stable.
