Actuant uses credit facility for D.L. Ricci acquisition

New York, April 21 - Actuant Corp. said it used borrowings under its revolving credit facility to fund the acquisition of D.L. Ricci for $50 million in cash.

D.L. Ricci is based in Red Wing, Minn., and sells and rents portable machining equipment and provides industrial field services. Sales in 2005 were $25 million.

Actuant is a Glendale, Wis., diversified industrial company.
