Moody's rates Actuant notes Ba2
Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba2 rating to Actuant Corp.'s new $250 million notes due 2022.
The SGL-2 liquidity rating was affirmed.
The outlook remains stable.
Moody's said the rating reflects the notes' senior unsecured status in the company's capital structure and pari passu ranking with the company's other senior unsecured notes. The notes are guaranteed on a full, joint and several basis by each of its domestic subsidiaries that currently guarantee the bank credit agreement.
