Mosaic secures $200 million warehouse loan from DZ Bank, NY Green Bank

Charlotte, N.C., April 27 – Mosaic Inc. closed a warehouse facility for up to $200 million with a syndicate led by DZ Bank.

NY Green Bank is participating to further expand residential solar opportunities within New York State and Guggenheim Securities, LLC acted as the arranger, according to a news release.

“The partnership with DZ BANK and NY Green Bank moves us towards our goal of having the ability to originate $1 billion in residential solar loans by the end of year to meet growing consumer demand for a simple, affordable, solar finance solution,” said Mosaic founder and chief executive officer Billy Parish.

Mosaic is an Oakland, Calif.-based peer-to-peer solar finance company that enables thousands of Americans to profit from clean energy.
