AP (Thailand) seeks to lift revolving debenture cap to 20 billion baht

Madison, Wis., Feb. 26 – AP (Thailand) PCL is proposing to issue 5 billion baht of additional debentures.

The company is seeking to offer debentures on a revolving basis with a combined limit of 20 billion baht.

Shareholders had approved the original 15 billion baht of revolving debentures at the 2013 annual general meeting. The company is seeking shareholder approval of the additional bonds at an upcoming general meeting.

The debentures may be denominated in baht or other currencies.

AP is a real estate developer based in Bangkok.
