Stradling adds Lundberg to debt finance, financial services practice

Columbus, Ohio, July 10 – Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, PC hired Bjorn Lundberg as counsel for its debt finance and financial services practice, according to a press release.

He will be based in the firm’s Santa Monica office

Lundberg spent seven years practicing in the finance department of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Los Angeles and previously worked in the finance practice group of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York, according to the release.

Lundberg’s debt finance experience includes representing private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, institutional lenders and arrangers in connection with a range of financing transactions in a variety of industries. His specialties include first and second lien financings, asset-based financings, dividend recapitalizations and acquisition financings, the firm said.

Stradling is a business law firm with offices in Newport Beach, Calif., Santa Barbara, Calif., Santa Monica, Calif., Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco and Reno, Nev.
