Stradling taps Rosen to lead debt finance, financial services practice

Norfolk, Va., Oct. 15 – Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, PC announced that debt finance attorney Dayan Rosen has joined the firm as shareholder and will lead the expansion of its debt finance and financial services practice group, according to a press release.

He will be based out of Stradling's Santa Monica office.

"We are very pleased to have Dayan join us and lead our debt finance team. He's the perfect complement to our expanding private equity group and under his leadership we expect great things will happen quickly," shareholder, director and member of the firm's executive committee David Lafitte said in the release.

Prior to joining Stradling, Rosen spent eight years at Latham & Watkins and was a partner at Manatt Phelps. Before moving to Los Angeles in 2004, He Rosen worked at UBS in Tokyo, first in the investment banking department executing UBS' debt and equity mandates there and then as a director in its legal department.

Stradling is a business law firm with offices in Newport Beach, Calif., Santa Barbara, Calif., Santa Monica, Calif., Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco and Reno, Nev.
