Ziggo plans to redeem €550 million of 7 1/8% senior notes due 2024

Morgantown, W.Va., May 10 – Ziggo Bond Co. BV gave notice that it plans to redeem €550 million of its €743,128,000 7 1/8% senior notes due 2024 on May 20.

The notes will be redeemed at 103.563 plus any additional amounts and accrued interest.

The redemption is subject to a financing condition.

Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is the paying agent.

Ziggo is a cable operator based in Utrecht, Netherlands.
