Moody’s reviews AMCo

Moody's Investors Service said it placed the B3 corporate family rating, B3-PD probability of default rating and all other associated debt ratings of Amdipharm Mercury Debtco Ltd. (AMCo) under review with direction uncertain.

This follows the announcement by Concordia Healthcare Corp. of its intention to acquire AMCo from Cinven and certain other sellers and Moody's expectation that AMCo's rated debt will be redeemed in conjunction with the closing of the proposed transaction.
