Moody’s rates Greenko notes Ba2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba2 rating to Greenko Mauritius’ planned backed senior unsecured dollar-denominated notes. Greenko Energy Holdings, which the agency rates Ba2, will guarantee the notes.

The proceeds will be used to repay $425 million in loans that are due this month.

The outlook is stable.
