New Issue: BofA prices $340,000 market-linked notes on commodity basket

Chicago, April 24 – BofA Finance LLC priced $340,000 of 0% market-linked notes due Oct. 2, 2024 linked to the performance of an equally-weighted basket of eight commodities, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of West Texas Intermediate light sweet crude oil futures contracts, Brent crude oil, natural gas futures, corn, soybeans, wheat, copper and zinc.

If the basket finishes positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times the basket gain.

Otherwise, investors will receive par.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

BofA Securities, Inc. and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.
