Exmar pays out Oct. 7 interest one day late due to ‘technical issues’

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Oct. 8 – Exmar Netherlands BV said it will pay one day’s default interest on its senior bonds due 2017.

The company missed the interest due Oct. 7 because of “technical issues,” according to a notice from Nordic Trustee ASA.

The company said it would pay the interest due Oct. 7, along with the default interest amount, on Oct. 8.

Exmar NV is an Antwerp, Belgian-based company that transports gas and, in particular, liquefied gases.
