S&P rates Enterprise Products notes BBB-, BBB+

S&P said it assigned its BBB- issue-level rating to Enterprise Products Operating LLC's junior subordinated notes F.

The agency also assigned a BBB+ issue-level rating to the company's senior notes.

The corporate credit rating on Enterprise Products is BBB+ and the outlook is stable.

The company intends to use the proceeds from the issues for the repayment of debt, including the repayment of amounts under the company's commercial paper program, the redemption of notes and for general corporate purposes.

Specifically, S&P said it expects the company will redeem its $682.7 million junior subordinated notes B.
