New Issue: JPMorgan prices $17.69 million digital equity notes on oil and gas ETF

Columbus, Ohio, July 25 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $17.69 million of 0% digital equity notes due Jan. 26, 2021 linked to the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the ETF finishes at or above 80% of its initial ETF level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,139.50 per $1,000 of notes.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% decline in the ETF beyond 20%.
