Citigroup to price buffered digital securities linked to S&P oil ETF

Olympia, Wash., June 13 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% buffered digital securities due in 13 to 15 months linked to the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final ETF level is greater than or equal to 80% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be $1,099.50 to $1,116.70 per $1,000 of notes.

If the ETF falls by more than 20%, investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% that the ETF declines beyond the buffer.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.

The Cusip number is 17327TCA2.
