New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $1.7 million Bares linked to Euro Stoxx index, two ETFs

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 25 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.7 million of 2% Buffered Accelerated Return Equity Securities due Aug. 26, 2021 linked to an equally weighted basket of one index and two exchange-traded funds, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket components are the Euro Stoxx 50 index, the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF and the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF.

Interest will be paid semiannually.

If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 132.5% of the basket gain. Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 15% and will lose 1.1765% for every 1% decline beyond the 15% buffer.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.
