Citigroup plans enhanced buffered digital notes on oil and gas ETF

Columbus, Ohio, June 26 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 13- to 15-month 0% enhanced buffered digital securities linked to the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the ETF finishes at or above 90% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed return of 12.75% to 15%. The exact digital return will be set at pricing.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent.

The Cusip number is 17324CKM7.
