New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $2.22 million autocallable jump securities on index, ETF

New York, Aug. 28 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2.22 million of jump securities with autocallable feature due Aug. 23, 2027 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index and the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The securities will be called automatically at par plus a call premium of 18.55% per year if the closing level of each underlier is greater than or equal to 90% of its initial price on any quarterly call determination date starting Aug. 21, 2024.

At maturity, the payout will be par plus 74.2% if the worst performing underlier finishes at or above 90% of its initial level.

The payout will be par if worst performing asset finishes below 90% of its initial level but at or above its 60% trigger level. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of worst performing asset from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
