New Issue: JPMorgan sells $6.23 million digital equity notes linked to SPDR S&P Oil & Gas ETF

Buffalo, N.Y., Jan. 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $6.23 million of 0% digital equity notes due Feb. 28, 2024 linked to the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the ETF finishes at or above 80% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will par plus 17.6%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% of ETF decline beyond 20%.
