New Issue: JPMorgan sells $750,000 yield notes linked to SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $750,000 of 10.4% yield notes due Dec. 29, 2021 linked to the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest will payable quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the ETF finishes below its trigger level, 70% of its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% ETF decline below the initial level.
