New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $5 million trigger performance notes linked to Bloomberg Commodity index

Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 28 – Morgan Stanley priced $5 million of 0% trigger performance securities due Aug. 29, 2025 linked to the Bloomberg Commodity Index 3 Month Forward, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 220% of the index return.

If the index return is zero or negative and the index’s final level is greater than or equal to the trigger level, 70% of the initial level, the payout will be par.

If the final level is less than the trigger level, investors will be fully exposed to the decline in the index from its initial level.
