Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 16 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.71 million of 0% trigger gears due Feb. 16, 2027 linked to the Bloomberg Commodity Index 3 Month Forward, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the upside gearing of 1.131 times the gain.
If the index falls but finishes at or above the 75% downside threshold level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline from initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
