New Issue: Turkey's Bank Pozitif prices $150 million five-year notes at par to yield 7.1%

New York, Feb. 13 - Bank Pozitif priced $150 million of five-year notes at par with a coupon of 7.1%, according to a market source.

Citigroup and Commerzbank acted as bookrunners for the Regulation S only deal.

The bonds are scheduled to mature on Feb. 20, 2013.

Bank Pozitif is an Istanbul-based retail and commercial lender.
