S&P gives AerCap notes BBB-

S&P said it assigned a BBB- rating to senior notes to be sold by AerCap Ireland Capital DAC and AerCap Global Aviation Trust.

The notes will be guaranteed by AerCap Holdings NV, which is rated BBB-, and various subsidiaries.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including repaying debt and acquiring aircraft.
