AerCap plans to offer benchmark-sized five-year senior notes

Charlotte, N.C., May 17 – AerCap Ireland Capital Ltd. and AerCap Global Aviation Trust expect to price a benchmark offering of five-year senior notes (Ba1/BBB-/BB+), according to a market source and a 424B3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes, due Feb. 1, 2022, will have a make-whole call until one month before maturity, when they will become callable at par.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Active bookrunners are Barclays, Mizuho Securities USA Inc., RBC Capital Markets Corp. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC. RBC will bill and deliver.

AerCap is an independent aircraft leasing company based in Amsterdam.
