Violin Memory three-member unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Dec. 28 – Violin Memory, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed on Dec. 27 by acting Region 3 U.S. Trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Rita Ritrovato of Wilmington Trust, NA of Wilmington, Del.; Joseph De Perio of Clinton Group, Inc. of New York; and Jihad Beauchman of Forty Niners SC Stadium Co. LLC of Santa Clara, Calif.

Santa Clara, Calif.-based Violin Memory develops and supplies computer data storage products. The company filed bankruptcy on Dec. 14 under Chapter 11 case number 16-12782.
