New Issue: Poland’s Synthos prices €350 million 4% seven-year notes at par

Atlanta, Sept. 25 – Poland’s Synthos SA – through Synthos Finance AB – priced €350 million seven-year notes (Ba2/BB/) at par to yield 4% on Thursday, a market source said.
The notes were talked at a yield in the 4¼% area.
BNP Paribas, Citigroup and Deutsche Bank were the global coordinators and lead managers. Banco Santander, ING, PKO BP and UniCredit were the passive bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
The issuer produces synthetic rubber and styrenics.
