Malaysia Pro-Guardians settles $5,000 private placement of its shares

Company sells 2.5 million common shares at $0.002 per share in deal

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 12 – Malaysia Pro-Guardians Security Management Corp. raised $5,000 in a private placement of stock on Sept. 8, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 2.5 million common shares at $0.002 apiece, a 98.89% discount to the Sept. 11 closing share price of $0.18.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital.

The oil and natural gas company is based in Flushing, N.Y.
