S&P: Keysight Technologies view to stable

Standard & Poor’s said it revised the outlook to stable from positive on Keysight Technologies Inc.

S&P also said it affirmed all of the company’s ratings, including the BBB- corporate credit rating.

The outlook revision is based on an expectation that Keysight’s adjusted leverage will be higher than anticipated, the agency said.
