New Issue: Washington Aircraft prices $149.13 million 2.637% 12-year notes at par

Virginia Beach, Sept. 12 – Washington Aircraft 1 Co. Ltd. priced $149,127,000 2.637% secured notes due Sept. 15, 2026 at par, according to a company release.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. was the bookrunner.

The notes will be guaranteed by the Export-Import Bank of the United States.

Proceeds will be used to fund the purchase of one new Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, equipped with two General Electric model GE90-115BL engines, which is expected to be delivered on Sept. 15.

Washington Aircraft is a Dublin-based limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Ireland.
