New Issue: Thailand auctions 14.3 billion baht of bonds due 2046 to yield 3.4506%

Minneapolis, April 12 – The Bank of Thailand accepted bids for 14.3 billion baht of 2 7/8% debt securities due June 17, 2046 in an auction on Wednesday, according to a notice.

Of the accepted bids, 12.5 billion baht were competitive and 500 million baht were non-competitive, for a total of 13 billion baht. The bank also accepted an over allotment of 1.3 billion baht.

The weighted average accepted yield was 3.4506%, and the accepted yields ranged from 3.434% to 3.5%.

The bid-to-cover ratio was 1.84.
