New Issue: Thailand sells 36.6 billion baht of bonds in three tranches at auction

Chicago, March 20 – The Bank of Thailand accepted bids for 36.6 billion baht of debt securities in three tranches at auction on Monday, according to a notice.

For the 5 billion baht of 3.01% notes due 2021, the weighted average accepted yield was 2.2637%, and the accepted yields ranged from 2.255% to 2.27%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 6.01.

For the 16.6 billion baht of two-week notes, the weighted average accepted yield was 1.43808%, and the accepted yields ranged from 1.435% to 1.44%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 2.59.

For the 15 billion baht of one-year notes, the weighted average accepted yield was 1.57508%, and the accepted yields ranged from 1.56% to 1.583%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.37.
