Bank of Thailand announces results of 19 billion baht bill auction

New York, Feb. 6 - The Bank of Thailand announced the results of its auction, in which it issued 5 billion baht of Treasury bills due March 8, 2006 with a weighted average yield of 3.77351%. The bid to cover ratio was 3.06.

The Bank of Thailand also issued 7 billion baht of bills due May 10, 2006 with a weighted average yield of 3.9328%. The bid to cover ratio was 2.65.

And there was also a 7 billion baht tranche of bills due Aug. 9, 2006 with a weighted average yield of 4.13738. The bid to cover ratio was 2.07%.
