Halcyon Loan Advisors Funding 2014-3 calls several classes of notes

Chicago, June 19 – Halcyon Loan Advisors Funding 2014-3 Ltd. as issuer and Halcyon Loan Advisors Funding 2014-3 LLC as co-issuer plan to call several classes of notes.

The co-issuers have been directed by holders of a majority of the subordinated notes to refinance its class A notes, the class B-1 notes, the class B-2 notes, the class C-1 notes, the class C-2 notes and the class D notes, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed in July via refinancing proceeds.
