New Issue: Russia's Bank of St. Petersburg sells $100 million 11% six-year senior notes at par

Atlanta, Oct. 18 - Russia's Bank of St. Petersburg priced a $100 million issue of six-year notes at par to yield 11%, a market source said.
The notes priced in line with talk, set at the 11% area.
BNP Paribas and UBS were the bookrunners for the Regulation S-only deal.
