Tennessee State School Board refunds higher education bonds

Norfolk, Va., Aug. 27 – The Tennessee State School Board Authority defeased four series of its higher educational facilities bonds, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date:

• $18.89 million of 2007A bonds to be redeemed on May 1, 2017;

• $84,135,000 of 2008A bonds to be redeemed on May 1, 2016;

• $99,115,000 of 2008B bonds to be redeemed on May 1, 2018; and

• $22,225,000 of 2009A bonds to be redeemed on May 1, 2019.

Regions Bank is the refunding trustee.
