New Issue: Scotiabank prices $3.75 million digital notes linked to S&P

Chicago, July 24 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $3.75 million of 0% digital notes due Sept. 28, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to 85% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be $1,148 for each $1,000 principal amount of your notes. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
