Bank of New York Mellon offers non-callable senior medium-term notes

Tupelo, Miss., April 23 – Bank of New York Mellon Corp. (A1/A/AA-) plans to price a U.S. dollar-denominated offering of series J senior medium-term notes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

The notes are non-callable.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., RBC Capital Markets, LLC and BNY Mellon Capital Markets LLC are the bookrunners.
