Bank of New York Mellon sets talk for notes due 2027, 2032

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 19 – Bank of New York Mellon Corp. intends to price fixed-rate notes in two tranches due Jan. 26, 2027 and Jan. 26, 2032, according to a market source.

Initial price talk is in the Treasuries plus 60 basis points area for the 2027 notes and Treasuries plus 85 bps area for the 2032 notes.

BNY Mellon Capital Markets LLC, BofA Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and UBS Securities LLC are the bookrunners.
